Il datacenter di BIT SERVICE è ospitato presso la struttura di Milano di Retelit, situato in zona Porta Nuova, con una superficie totale coperta di 550 metri quadrati, di cui 250 per la sala trasmissiva e 160 per le sale dati.

Retelit ha ottenuto la certificazione UNI CEI ISO/IEC 27001:2013 per i propri Data Center di Milano, Bergamo, Bologna e Roma, oltre alla certificazione per la qualità UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. I servizi Carrier Ethernet di Retelit sono certificati Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF).

Sicurezza e Climatizzazione

L'area tecnica riservata al cliente è normalmente mantenuta tra 22° e 26° con un tasso di umidità relativo compreso fra il 30% e il 40%. L'impianto di condizionamento è in configurazione n+1 con sistema freecooling per alta efficienza energetica.
